This Addendum is set forth with the terms and conditions of the Agreement for Service already in place between SecureSearch™ and Customer.

Customer agrees to enter into a month-to-month agreement to utilize SecureSearch Continuous Monitoring service. SecureSearch Continuous Monitoring service does not search historical records but rather looks for activity each day from the date an employee/volunteer is entered into the SecureSearch Continuous Monitoring system.

SecureSearch Continuous Monitoring searches court records from approximately 93% of the state and local courts in the US along with sex offender registries and the Federal Court system. There is no guarantee this service will find all criminal activity and SecureSearch™ will only share reportable criminal records in accordance with state, local, and federal laws.

Cost: $2.00 per name/per month or quote provided

Customer agrees to the terms and the cost and is responsible for managing the names that are in the System each month. Customer must notify SecureSearch™ in writing at least ten (10) days prior to the next billing cycle if Customer would like to add or remove any names from the System. Due to billing cutoff dates, there are no exceptions to the 10 days.

SecureSearch™ will notify the Primary User on file with any reportable offenses via the SecureSearch™ online portal.
